We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. DevOps to join our team. 

About your role 

We are seeking a part-time DevOps Engineer to assist with the recent architectural changes in our application. This role is flexible in terms of hours, ideally around 20 hours per week, but we are open to adjustments. The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and managing our infrastructure on AWS, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing efficient deployment processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and configure infrastructure on AWS.
• Optimize and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Automate deployment processes for various services hosted on AWS.
• Configure and optimize Redis instances.
• Implement monitoring systems to check resource usage.
• (Desirable) Utilize Terraform to automate and reproduce resource deployment.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in DevOps.
• Proven experience in designing and configuring AWS infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes management and optimization.
• Experience in automating deployment processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Redis instances.
• Experience with monitoring systems to ensure efficient resource usage.
• (Desirable) Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
