Your new role: Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer (post-sales)

Location: Remote in United States (you must be based in the USA with the right to work)

We are looking for a motivated, customer-centric technologist to join our Consulting team. You will be working with our customers and partners to design, build and implement innovative Conversational AI solutions.

As the go-to person for deep technical questions about our solutions, you will be involved with projects from start to finish, from requirements gathering to actual development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Post-sales consulting and implementation (from pilot/PoC to implementation)
  • Assisting customers to build a center of excellence by providing technical consulting (design, code review), providing best practices/art of the possible.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure customers’ solutions are scalable and meet the requirements for further expansion.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality service engagements tailored to provide the best ROI in terms of time and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess new business opportunities and support with deep technical expertise.
  • Provide Technical documentation and Solution support
  • Develop and present use cases for product demonstrations
  • Deliver partner enablement activities, including training, workshops, product demonstrations, and on-site visits
  • Attend Marketing and Partner events to answer technical questions, present use case demonstrations and demonstrate the capabilities of Cognigy's software offerings

Requirements

About you

  • 3+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, or similar role within the conversational AI or software delivery (SaaS) industries within post-sales, consulting and implementation
  • Strong development / programming skills (Python, Java, Node.js), APIs and SDKs, web services/cloud-based platforms, Cognigy or any other CAI platforms
  • Ability to find solutions to the most complex technical requirements and love implementing them
  • Amazing interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working with customers and partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric, solution-oriented, and value-driven
  • Self-motivated, proactive and capable of structuring your work in order to deliver
  • You enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations within the conversational AI space, and are continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and trends
