Overview:

This role focuses on creating comprehensive and accurate documentation for solutions in the Procure-to-Pay space. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Solution Architects to document all changes and updates in our solutions, ensuring clarity and consistency in all technical communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Solution Changes: Collaborate with Solution Architects to document all modifications and enhancements made to Basware and Esker platforms.
2. Maintain Documentation Standards: Ensure that all documentation is consistency with industry standards and is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Review and Update Documentation: Regularly review and update solution documentation to reflect the latest changes, version control, and best practices.
4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the development, implementation, and support teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
5. Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, ensuring that it meets all requirements and standards.
6. User Guides and Manuals: Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials to assist clients and team members in understanding and utilizing Basware and Esker solutions effectively.
7. Training Material Development: Assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate staff and clients on new documentation and solution updates.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Technical Writing, Information Technology, Communications).

·Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

·Strong understanding of Basware and Esker solutions or similar financial management platforms.

·Strong understanding of tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucid App.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.

·Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

·Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

·Familiarity with documentation tools and software.
