Solution Data Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Data Architect (part-time who will be a significant part of the healthcare technology company that integrates claims data between different consumers. It provides the solution for 20+ insurance companies in the USA. They quickly and accurately deliver large volume cost-share data to multiple parties frequently. 

Team size: 4 Scrum teams

Responsibilities:

• Play the key technical role in the creation of solution architecture and end-to-end project scope (cloud, data migration, integration, security, acceptance, deployment, and further production support)
• Design, develop, and integrate data architecture aligned with business goals.- Manage data models, ensure accuracy, and optimize performance on the Azure cloud
• Drive data solution design, adapting to evolving business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data flow and troubleshooting
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in data engineering
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, and cloud platforms, with Azure proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes
• Experience with healthcare data
• Solid experience with Data streaming (Kafka, RedPanda)
• Excellent communication for effective collaboration
• Experience with Data Lake Storage
• Has worked in a modern data warehouse before
• Experience owning data pipelines end-to-end
• Strong background in designing data solutions, emphasizing deployability, releaseability, and testability
• DataOps mindset, promoting adaptable architecture while meeting user needs
• Able to work autonomously and always has a vision of the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data testing and monitoring
