Solution Consultant

We're seeking a Solution Consultant who excels at designing workflows, is proficient in CRM and automation systems, and is passionate about empowering clients to work smarter and more efficiently.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a native-level command of English.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored workflows using Asana, Airtable, and Miro.
• Develop and implement work management and process automation solutions that improve team productivity.
• Conduct discovery sessions, create solution proposals, and lead product demonstrations.
• Provide expert guidance on CRM configuration and integration with automation tools.
• Train and support client teams to adopt and maximize the use of work management and automation platforms.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers and successful project implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing workflows and implementing work management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Miro).
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and automation tools.
• Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in delivering client training and support is a plus.
• AI supported workflow automation is a plus.
