Make is seeking a full-time Software QA Test Analyst to test large-scale applications and software systems across various industries and tech stacks.

Start Window: current - November 2023
Contract: Full-time
Communication Requirements: Must (1) have good communication skills, (2) fluent in English, (3) and be available for video calls during the workday.
Time Zone and Working Hours: Must be able to overlap with central time zone (CT) by at least 3 hours each day.
The following would be performed across multiple projects and tech stacks throughout the course of a year:
Automated Testing: Plan, develop and execute test automation with test-related tools comparable to (ie: https://qase.io/, https://www.mabl.com/, https://autify.com/, https://bugbug.io/, https://testgrid.io/, https://www.testim.io/, etc)
Manual Testing: Perform manual end-to-end software testing.
Issue Logging: Identify, record and document issues.
Issue Troubleshooting: Investigate and document what the root cause of an issue might be (don't need to have code experience but need to investigate a database, look for information stored in a 3rd party SAAS tool, read documentation of a SAAS tool, etc).
Regression Testing: Automate and/or perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved.
Test Processes: Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing projects.
System/Application Monitoring Tools: Research and recommend system monitoring tools for uptime and reliability.
Forward Looking: Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.
Role Experience: 4+ years of experience with qa testing related to UI Testing, Automated Testing, End to End Testing, System Monitoring and others.
Automated testing: 1+ years of experience with implementing automated testing tools.
Regression Testing: 2+ years of experience with regression testing.
