Social Media Manager

We need an English-fluent Social Media Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple accounts form different industries.
• Create content strategies.
• Plan content posting and scheduling.
• Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
• Generate reports for 3 different accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Linkedin. 
• Attend weekly meetings to report progress and share strategies.

Notes: 

• The talent is expected to get up to speed on what the company has been doing and will receive all the support and help necessary to get familiar with the needs in the first month.
• The company has plenty of tools and resources to provide the talent and can also consider getting other tools if needed to sufficiently get what's needed to be done with the greatest success. 
• The current resources are a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Copywriter, and tools such as Metricool, Asana, Canva, and ChatGPT. 
• Please provide the recruiter with samples of accounts you have managed in the past or jobs you have worked at. If you have samples of content calendars you have done in the past, that would be helpful to see.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a social media manager or similar role.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluent English (C1+)
