We are the world’s first tattoo removal consumer brand, living at the intersection of step-change technology, personalised healthcare and body empowerment.

People change and life demands evolution, but tattoos are inherently static. Identity - aspirations, interests and behaviours - change, but tattoos do not; a unique, enduring, and in some cases, debilitating pain point for ~28% of people with at least 1 tattoo who admit to experiencing tattoo regret.

About you

We’re now looking to grow our marketing team by bringing in a self- managed, resourceful, influential go- getter to deliver highly relevant social media content that moves the needle on engagement levels; grows our audience and increases our customer base.

Put simply, this role has been created to get people talking about and engaging with us in a meaningful way.

To do this, you’ll need to capitalise the NAAMA community, by creating sticky social content that reinforces our brand authority and cuts-through an otherwise fragmented market. With a focus on organic social, you will be integral to the success of our marketing strategy acting as the glue across content, PR and CRM. This role will define our social strategy from start-up to scale, owning all organic social channel activity and leading on the creation of a content calendar that straddles social, PR, CRM and content.

In order to qualify for this role, we would be looking for someone who ideally has a genuine interest in the tattoo space, has their own following, and can talk easily to our core offering as a brand. In a world overflowing with numbers, false accounts, and robotic engagements, you will differentiate yourself by your passion for what you do on social media channels, how you build engagement and how you feel about the space we operate in. We are looking for someone who can understand real connections, is authentic in their storytelling, and consistent in brand voice, as well as someone who displays a constant desire to push themselves and our brand further.

We will want to see what you’ve done on social media to create awareness of either your own brand or a company’s brand, be it on Tik Tok, Reels or another. We want to see that you can create fun, relevant and emotive videos/posts that are edgy, authentic and genuine and how consistently persistent and reliable you’ve been in the face of adversity, when you’ve had negative responses on social channels and how you’ve dealt with that to continue to engage your audience and post on schedule. We will also be interested to see what you’re doing in terms of engagement and whether your following is actually genuine and people are actually liking, sharing and commenting on what you posts.

What you’ll be doing day to day

Set out world-class social strategy and clearly define the role of each relevant social channel, prioritizing activation according to target customer audiences: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube etc.

Creating engaging, sticky, innovative content for the social content calendar that elevates NAAMA as a brand;

Work with in-house design team to create scroll-stopping visual media tailored to each social channel;

Own the TOV across social channels to ensure it mirrors that of the NAAMA brand;

Engage with users on social media. Be able to confidently respond to comments & queries and to be part of the conversation on related trending topics.

Ensuring social media posts support the marketing calendar as well as bringing social to the forefront of future campaigns;

Keeping your finger on the pulse. Be the ears and eyes of the brand. Ever aware of the cultural trends, reporting these back to the business and injecting NAAMA into relevant social conversations and communities, establishing NAAMA as an industry leader;

Work closely with the Sales team and VIP relations to engage with the tattoo community as well as relevant celebrities and influencers;

Be one step ahead, lead on the strategy and innovate, defining‘ what’s next’ for NAAMA in the social space;

Create reactive, topical content to lead or be part of the conversation.
