EMAPPLY is currently seeking an experienced SEO Specialist/Manager to join our client's growing Digital Marketing agency remotely in Australia. As an SEO Manager, you'll create and execute SEO strategies that integrate with clients’ overall marketing plans. You'll be instrumental in growing the agency's reputation and client base through effective SEO practices. You should be deeply engaged with the evolving digital marketing landscape and have a keen awareness of changes that drive client success. Your expertise should encompass both local and big business SEO.

Role: SEO Specialist/Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 2am - 10am SAST FULL TIME
Salary: AUD 2070 - 2595 per month | ZAR 25 000 - 31 000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and Execute SEO Strategies: Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing plans.
- Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to established processes.
- Digital Marketing Engagement: Stay deeply engaged with the evolving digital marketing landscape and have a keen awareness of changes that drive client success.
- Grow Agency's Reputation: Contribute to the growth of the agency's reputation and client base through effective SEO practices.
- Optimize Websites: Improve user experience, conversion rates, and conduct A/B tests to optimize websites.
- Utilise SEO Tools: Use SEO software (Moz, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, etc.) effectively to enhance SEO work.
- Analyse Data: Extract and interpret meaningful insights from various datasets using Google Analytics.
- Technical SEO: Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO tasks.
- Influence Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate and influence clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools to speed up and enhance SEO work.
- E-commerce SEO: Apply SEO strategies for e-commerce clients when applicable.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of SEO Experience: Proven track record in optimising websites for higher search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
- Local SEO Expertise: In-depth understanding of Google My Business and local SEO strategies.
- Multi-Client Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Client and Stakeholder Influence: Experience in influencing and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics: Skilled in extracting and interpreting meaningful insights from various datasets.
- Website Optimisation: Experience in improving user experience, conversion rates, and conducting A/B tests.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency in SEO software (Moz, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, etc.).
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting views.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
- Passion for SEO and Digital Marketing: A strong enthusiasm for SEO and a holistic understanding of digital marketing.
