Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to Php 80,000 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

As an SEO Research Specialist at Pearl Talent, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic. You’ll conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and optimize our website to improve search engine rankings and attract qualified leads.

Your Impact: Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our website’s organic traffic, improving our search engine rankings, and ultimately generating more leads and revenue for our business.

• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases used by potential customers.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses, developing strategies to outperform them.
• Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to track website performance, traffic patterns, and user behavior, providing insights for optimization.
• Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies and enhances user engagement.
• Technical SEO: Assess and implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, page speed, and mobile optimization to enhance search engine crawling and indexing.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website’s architecture and coding.
• Monitoring Algorithm Changes: Regularly monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, traffic sources, and conversion rates, to inform stakeholders of progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
• Experience with technical SEO (e.g., site audits, XML sitemaps, robots.txt)
• Certification in SEO or digital marketing
