We're on the lookout for an experienced and results-oriented UI/UX Designer to take the reins in shaping the user experience of our websites. We're not just after someone who can craft beautiful designs, we want a creative strategist with a knack for enhancing our online presence and driving tangible business outcomes. This role demands independence, proactive thinking, and the ability to propose valuable product enhancements.

• Design framework ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive design framework and system for our websites, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience.

• Continuous improvement: Constantly assess user behavior and current solutions to identify areas for enhancing usability and increasing conversion rates.

• Innovative scalability: Strike the right balance between innovation and scalability, creating modular, reusable, and engineer-friendly designs that are sustainable in the long term.

• Multi-channel support: Collaborate with other teams by creating designs for various channels, including emails, blogs, social media, and more, ensuring a consistent brand identity.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in designing websites, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

• Proven expertise in web UX and a track record of optimizing designs to drive measurable business impact

• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive approach to design, with a meticulous attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, capable of finding creative solutions to design challenges

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where agility and adaptability are key

• Good command of the English language
