As the UX/UI Lead at our agency, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our clients' startups. You will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our websites look stunning and provide exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and goals and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial ideation to final implementation, ensuring that every step reflects our commitment to quality and user experience.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, target audience, and design preferences.Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices in web design.Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify improvement areas, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience.Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design and apply them to enhance our design capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience 5 years as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects and processes.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in an agency or startup environment is a plus.Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem is preferred.
