Are you a passionate and experienced UX Designer looking for a challenging opportunity to work on complex projects for some of the best brands in Poland and abroad? Look no further!

Your Role & Responsibilities

Direct cooperation with Clients (with the support of PM)
Leading UX projects (1-3 at the same time)
Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
Cooperating with Heads of other departments (Research & Strategy, Web & Mobile Development, Digital Analytics & Optimization)
Working in end-to-end digital process
Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
Mentoring younger designers
Improving workflow and defining internal processes

Your Profile & Skills Required

3+ years of documented commercial experience
Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
A full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude, solving problems and figuring things out
Good understanding of business and technology
Experience in UX Audits
Extreme attention to details
