Senior Swift/Frontend Developer (Financial Applications)

*Duration*: 6+ month contract

We are seeking a multifaceted Senior Swift/Frontend Developer with 3-7 years of experience in both Swift and modern frontend technologies to join our dynamic BI, Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge financial applications for both the iOS platform and web/mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to complex business challenges, with expertise in Swift, ES6, React Native, and Relay, including proficiency in fetching data via frontend GraphQL queries. Previous experience in a consulting environment is desirable. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and designing and implementing bespoke financial planning strategies to drive organizational success.

\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
* Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Swift for iOS and ES6/React
* Native for web/mobile platforms.
* Utilize Relay for effective data management and GraphQL queries in frontend development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Integrate with backend services to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience across platforms.
* Work on bug fixing and improving application performance for both iOS and web/mobile applications.
* Leverage deep experience with iOS frameworks (like UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation) and modern frontend technologies.
* Optionally lead and mentor junior developers in both Swift and frontend technologies and best practices.

*Required qualifications and skills*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
* 3-7 years of experience in developing iOS apps using Swift and frontend web/mobile applications using ES6, React Native, and Relay.
* A robust portfolio of released applications on the App Store and web/mobile platforms.
* Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, etc., and modern frontend technologies.
* Knowledge of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines, as well as modern web/mobile development standards.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
* Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

*Preferred qualifications and skills*
* Experience in financial forecasting or developing financial applications.
* Understanding of financial planning tools and data modeling (e.g., Anaplan).
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Education*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
