*Responsibilities: *
* Act as a QE Lead role in a mid/large size program.
* Responsible for writing test strategy, test planning, execution, and managing the entire end-to-end UAT and BAT testing.
* Mainly work on Data and ETL Technology based projects.
* Work closely with the existing QE Team and deliver the assigned stories.
* Work in an agile delivery model; tickets will be assigned as User Stories through the Jira board.
* Coordinate with existing QE team members, Business System Analyst, Developer, and Scrum Master.
* Learn the company's in-house Data Testing Automation Framework and use it in day-to-day testing activities.
* Work on AWS related technologies - S3 bucket, DB Visualizer, Glue, and Redshift, as well as Microsoft SQL Server.
* Participate in onboarding/Knowledge Transition sessions, listen to recorded training materials, and develop understanding based on the information available in recordings.
* Manage & develop test activities (program/project test plans and strategies, test case creation and test execution), aligning with the company's Quality Engineering practices.
* Apply an automation-first mindset to testing activities.
* Provide detailed information on any defects found to the IT and Business teams and help prioritize defects based on risk.
* Manage Defect Management using qTest and report status and/or metrics to project stakeholders.

*What you will need to succeed:*
* University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of Quality Assurance work experience, specifically in Data and ETL technologies-based projects.
* Strong understanding of ETL concepts, capable of independently leading projects without extensive guidance from other QE members.
* Proficiency in coding languages including SQL (creating, maintaining, and editing queries) and MySQL.
* Proficient in validating source to target data load and possessing strong debugging skills to analyze differences in test results.
* Experience working on Technical Data Mapping and utilizing it to create Test Plans, Test Cases, and Expected Results.
* Experience with Test Automation Tools, such as Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & Level 2, Tosca Data Integrity Specialist, or any Data Testing related automation tool.
* Experience with data warehousing, enterprise data lakes, and other big data tools and concepts.
* Familiarity with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
* Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and delivery concepts, particularly continuous testing.
* Proficiency in Python for working with test automation tools is required.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
