Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer/Architect to help enhance and build more functionality into our homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of key functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with client or e-commerce platforms and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsabilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and implement enhancements and new functionalities in the WMS. Optimize existing features and functionalities for better performance and scalability. Ensure integration of the WMS with other systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms) through API connections. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of the application and timely resolution of defects. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, focusing on warehouse management systems or similar applications.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
