Dataseat (now part of Verve Group) was founded in 2019 by two industry veterans who wanted to solve some of the biggest challenges in the industry: giving app developers and agencies the tools to take programmatic advertising in-house, with complete control and transparency, and leverage programmatic as a strategic advantage. Who You Are

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who has the willingness to take a deep-dive into identifying and solving platform related opportunities. If you enjoy making the good better by getting to the bottom of performance obstacles, discovering and proposing solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering and Operations, you should read on. As part of the Dataseat team you would not only have the freedom to learn about new technologies but become part of a startup within the ad-tech industry. This role will provide huge opportunities for growth as it is such a pivotal role which will have an immediate impact on the business.

What You Will Do

• Assist in maintenance, updates, and scaling strategy for our platform

• Help optimize our Demand Side Platform (DSP) by looking into memory usage to diagnose issues

• Diagnose platform-related issues and propose solutions that reduce costs and therefore increase profits

• Contribute to group planning, design sessions, code reviews to ensure we share a common approach to code and infrastructure within the team

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product team members

• Define infrastructure-as-a-code

• Assist in monitoring the platform

• Discover ways to improve the platform’s efficiency with new technology
