About the role:

As the Senior Segment Marketing Manager at Gladly, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our Enterprise segment. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for executing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, pipeline, and revenue with high ROI. You will leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, focusing your efforts on a specific set of target accounts and the buying committees within those accounts. This role requires expertise in various marketing channels, including content syndication, ads, webinars, virtual events, physical events, direct mail, and email marketing. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Development, and RevOps to ensure our campaigns translate into tangible business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Develop and run comprehensive multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, drive pipeline, and increase revenue for the Enterprise segment.
  • ABM Strategy: Implement ABM strategies to focus on key target accounts and their buying committees, ensuring personalized and effective marketing efforts.
  • Channel Management: Execute campaigns across various channels, including content syndication, webinars, virtual events, direct mail, and email marketing, optimizing for high ROI.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Sales Development teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years in marketing roles with a focus on demand generation and segment marketing, particularly in the Enterprise segment.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly focused on achieving revenue targets and maximizing ROI, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Campaign Strategy: Apply ABM and other investment strategies to engage key target accounts and their buying committees, ensuring personalized and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other leading tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Compensation:

$111,000 - $154,000 per annum salary, equity, and benefits

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
