Senior Sales Development Representative

The mission of the Senior Sales Development Representative role is to generate new qualified leads for STN’s sales team through cold outbound strategies. You will play a vital role in achieving our sales objectives from initial outreach to supporting our team in successfully closing deals. This is a prospecting-heavy role, primary responsibilities are to identify, engage, and qualify leads. The ideal candidate has a desire to grow within our organization and advance in their sales career from an SDR to AE in their first year.


Job Type: 

  • Full Time, Remote (West Coast Hours) 

Salary Range:  $58,000 - $69,000 base, $72,000 - $87,000 OTE

  • Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
  • The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating and qualifying new leads via cold outreach
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets daily/weekly/monthly
  • Communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Partner with our pitch team to close quality and qualified leads
  • Performing Strategy Sessions, which involve diagnosing each prospect’s needs and challenges in a consultative format
  • Leverage available tools and resources to regularly engage and follow up with prospective clients (Hubspot, Zoom, Slack, phone,email, etc.)
  • Utilize Hubspot as our CRM tool along with other prospecting software to drive sales process efficiencies
  • Support CRM reporting and sales activities to ensure HubSpot data is up to date at all times

Characteristics & Qualifications of the Position:

  • 3+ years of Sales experience, specifically B2B Cold Outbound setting appointments from qualified leads

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • To set at least 15 new sales meetings per month that show up and are qualified (minimum)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Pays keen attention to detail and can successfully manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing them from intro call to close

  • Deep understanding of cold outreach best practices and strategies

  • Ability to execute personalized cold outreach campaigns that lead to new business

  • An understanding of social media & marketing services, preferably in sports and entertainment sectors

  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with STN prospects and internal colleagues

  • A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills

  • Ability to adapt & be flexible in a constantly changing environment

  • Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to customers

  • Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required

Evaluation of KPI's: 

  • Weekly:
    • Prospect a minimum of 200 new leads
    • Send a minimum of 200 highly personalized emails
    • Ensure sales team is on track to hit quotas
  • Monthly: 
    • 15 sales meetings booked
