As a Senior Project Manager, you will be:
- Leading and overseeing multiple projects across assigned accounts, inclusive of social, digital, PR and integrated work
- Managing the start-to-finish project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all project requirements and goals are met on time and meet client expectations
- Building budgets, scopes of work, staff plans and managing timelines for large scale projects with multiple workstreams, deliverables and stakeholders
- Tracking and managing client budgets by sharing burn reports and forecasting with the team leads. This includes tracking out of pocket costs to ensure they are within approved budgets
- Working closely with team leads to ensure needs are met, potential risks are identified and client feedback is implemented throughout the process from brief to delivery
- Planning team resource across the design department managing assignments and deadlines
- Reconciling projects at completion to help inform efficiencies for the future
Requirements
Experience you have:
- 4-6 years of project management experience at a creative agency ideally managing digital and social content for clients.
- You can provide guidance on creative briefs, build complex budgets and timelines, review creative work with a keen eye and provide project guidance.
- You have experience managing financial aspects of projects, billable hours and expenses.
- You have experience overseeing junior teammates and delegating tasks.

- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidate's relevant work experience, skills and qualifications. Please note, we will not be able to go above the max salary listed.)
