How you’ll be impactful:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide project management around key strategic priorities across the entirety of the Ingenio family of brands. You are responsible for driving excellence and collaborating with the leadership team to oversee and implement detailed project plans for all strategic projects, including timelines, action items, and major milestones. You are someone who understands the big picture but can map out and manage the details needed to reach end goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare and execute detailed integration project plans, including running calls with various stakeholders across both the executive team at Ingenio and acquired/merged companies. 
  • Build effective, scalable, and repeatable project management processes, including operational playbooks and scoping plans. 
  • Proactively identify project risks and challenges while mitigating through proposed solutions. 
  • Develop policies, methods, and evaluation criteria to assess project status and success from
    stakeholders, to executive teams, to board of directors reporting. 
  • Provide proactive and thought leadership to team members and senior leadership, especially around
    project management tools and best practices.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma. An advanced degree is a plus. 
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, M&A, or project management. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with peers in multiple departments and functions.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite tools.
  • Works hard, with a positive attitude.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is still being determined. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
