Senior Project Manager

• Projects and services delivery management
• Leading and motivating the project team
• Managing and overseeing any third parties within the scope of the project
• Ensuring the best quality delivery of projects and services
• Ensuring proper accounting of project costs, billing to the client, and reporting to both external and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring stakeholders‘ management and customer satisfaction
• Project's risks analysis and management
• Major risks and issues escalating to the upper-level management
• Ensuring clear and open communication with project stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Project manager in software development
• Experience in managing multi-regional projects and deployments in multiple countries
• In-depth understanding of the software development cycle and specifics of IT project management
• Understanding of Applications Technology, with the ability to credibly challenge technical teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Integrity, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude

• Flexibility in choosing your working hours
• Ability to work from a different location – we have 3 offices (2 in Vilnius and 1 in Kaunas), possibility to work remotely
