Job Description
This is a Product Project Coordinator role in a brand new SSC in the heart of Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for providing international project support in terms of project configuration, maintenance, reporting, documentation and closure. The Product Project Coordinator works closely together with the Project Managers and provides support along the project phase.
The work can be managed fully remotely – with a time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation of various project related documents, e.g. project configurations, project manuals, RACI matrixes, communications plans, part status lists etc.
- Coach project team members on proper use of project process steps, systems and documentation
- Support the project team in different topics e.g. distributing meeting minutes, issuing and tracking task tickets in JIRA, follow-up with responsible stakeholders and if needed escalate delays
- Organization of various project meetings incl. preparation, documentation, distribution of presentations and further materials
- Ensure proper set up and support of project relevant tools, such as MS Projects, CDB and JIRA (incl. components, filters, and dashboards) and train and coach the project team on a global scale
- Initiation of internal and external maturity tracking to evaluate current practices and identify areas of improvement, conduct change tracking within dedicated projects across the project portfolio
- Act as primary contact for queries related to ProKOSTAL, MS Project and corporate processes in KOPS
- Regular maintenance of customer portals
- Drive end-to-end process improvement, find opportunities to lead standardization and consistency for process optimization e.g. in data structures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field, e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or completed commercial vocational training, Master’s degree would be preferable for the role
- 3 years of experience in a related area of work, experience within project environment and in the automotive industry is desirable
- Good business process knowledge and understanding in product lifecycle management
- Detailed understanding of PMO processes and experience in operational processing of Portfolio and Product-related operations
- Advanced user of the MS suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) and good understanding in JIRA
- Desirable knowledge in CIM Database / PLM, PDM, CBD for product lifecycle management and calculations (PLC)
- Experience and interest in training and supporting colleagues, good interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Able to work well as part of an international and cross-functional team
- Structured and target-oriented proactive working style, creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, using excellent business judgment
- Strong commitment to integrity, internal controls, and data privacy
- Business English fluency is essential
