ThoughtExchange is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a central role in driving product marketing efforts to expand our offering and develop brand-new solutions.
They will work closely with leaders across sales, customer success, and product teams to shape new offerings. They’ll play a critical role in gathering customer insights, defining market requirements, creating messaging, and leading the go-to-market strategy including positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and packaging.
The ideal candidate has direct experience entering new industries and shaping go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Go To Market Strategy
- Lead the creation and execution of data-informed product marketing strategies to take new products and features to the market, and drive adoption within our existing customer base
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, ideal customer profile identification, and use case research
- Work closely with product management to ensure a clear understanding of our product roadmap and value across the organization
- Work closely with marketing to define the most effective routes to market
- Track both marketing funnel conversion trends and product usage to inform campaigns, content creation, and enablement resources.
Messaging and Propositioning
- Create comprehensive product positioning and messaging that differentiates ThoughtExchange in the competitive survey category
- Lean on your understanding of our buyers’ needs and competitive landscape to build compelling narratives for our product offerings
- Create effective messaging that clearly articulates our unique value propositions and differentiates our product and expertise in the market
Enablement:
- Build strong alignment and working relationships across functions including sales, customer success, marketing, and product management
- Work closely with the sales enablement to provide training, tools, and resources needed for effective product positioning and communication
- Help to develop and deliver enablement resources and training across GTM stakeholders including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure top-of-funnel success (e.g., demand generation, content, and events)
- Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training.
What We Think Is True About You:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on SaaS products
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and adoption
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders
The hiring range for this role is $110,000-$123,000 CAD. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
