Senior Product Manager

We are hiring Senior Product Managers to join our team. While this role can be located anywhere in the United States, you may choose to work from our Washington, DC headquarters. Relocation assistance may be provided. Occasional travel may be required.  

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Define and prioritize all aspects of a particular Rebellion product by creating roadmaps, feature specifications, and positioning it with the market in partnership with the Vice President of Product Management. 
• Work with engineering teams in an agile environment in order to drive the implementation of capabilities. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and develop customer insights to understand the market and user requirements in order to execute the features prioritization and go-to-market strategy. 
• Partner with both the customer engagement and customer support teams to ensure use cases are aligned with the product roadmap and that customers receive product value.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Extensive work experience as a product manager translating complex requirements into product features and capabilities. 
• Knowledge of and experience with using analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related data science technologies in products. 
• Experience building Department of Defense (DoD) or related products for commercial or government use.
• Knowledge of DoD's Test and Evaluation processes (Developmental and Operational) as well as experience shepherding products to authority to operate (ATO).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders. 
• Ability to creatively solve problems and navigate ambiguity in order to drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications for this position include: 

• Ability to obtain and hold an active security clearance.
• Experience working in a SaaS engineering or delivery function.

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $150,000 to $225,000 regardless of final candidate location within the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.  Benefits listed in this posting may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Rebellion Defense.
