You will be working with a remote-first team with Product & Engineering members in Dublin, England, India and Moldova, and with global clients. We’re reshaping how the industry interacts with their data, in a highly collaborative way with the industry.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product at ProtexAI; significantly reducing workers on-site risk & enabling scalability to hundreds of sites. This role will report into the Head of Product, and will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Client Success, Sales and Marketing, as well as your Product team.

The ideal candidate is highly user focused, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in start-up environments, and be passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into exceptional user-centric solutions.


Due to the rapidly changing technical environment with the speed of AI development, this role will suit someone with high levels of curiosity, adaptability, collaboration and a desire to level up the status quo.

You’ll get to deliver products at the cutting edge of applied multi-modal AI, computer vision, and LLMs, building 0-1 products, used by some of the biggest names in the industry.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements.

  • Contribute to and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, aligning them with business objectives and market trends.

  • Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, ensure timely delivery, and drive successful product launches.

  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

  • Champion user-centered design principles and work closely with the designer to create intuitive and valuable user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and iterative design cycles.

  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Design teams to translate product requirements into well-defined user stories and specifications.

  • Monitor product metrics, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging to drive user adoption and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desired.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching, testing, iterating and scaling SaaS products.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects.

  • Curiosity and passion for understanding user needs, behaviours, and pain points to deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Strong understanding of UX design and experience in driving user research and usability testing.

  • Solid technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technical concepts.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
