We are looking for a experienced Product Manager to be part of our team!
How you’ll make an impact:
The Product Manager is responsible for iterating and driving continuous improvement across existing products and for developing new product ideas. A mix of business and technical acumen is a must: Product Manager need to have a good understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations in digital product development and work with clients and internal teams to deliver value-add features.
Product Managers need the diplomatic skills to communicate with all areas of the business and the flexibility to create solutions to issues that may arise, whilst maintaining the overarching product vision. Successful Product Managers will need to be comfortable managing multiple products simultaneously, often at different stages of development.
You are going to be responsible for:
You will be working with clients and internal teams to support the design and development of new and existing products. Our work stretches from experiential brand engagement to complex transformation projects but always focuses on creating genuine value and utility.
In this role, you will bring together creative and technical skills, playing a major role in delivering work. You will lead clients in gathering requirements, uncovering user needs, defining solutions, creating a strategic roadmap, and owning the product delivery through agile processes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Delivery, Experience Design, and Engineering teams to ensure the client’s expectations are clearly communicated and delivered.
- Working with clients to identify the business and operational requirements;
- Producing high-quality requirements and well-defined user stories (with acceptance criteria);
- Ensuring that user stories meet the agreed Definition of Ready and Definition of Done;
- Refining, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog(s);
- Developing product roadmaps for both internal and external audiences;
- Supporting the planning of releases and Go To Market product strategy;
- Supporting the team by removing impediments or blockers that are impacting delivery;
- Analyzing team metrics, such as burndown, expected vs. actual velocity, and cycle time to aid planning;
- Monitoring the metrics established for digital product performance.
- Refining our agile methodology based on results and client feedback to drive incremental improvements;
- Providing consultancy services to the Experience Design and Engineering teams as required, to enable them to develop functional & technical specifications;
- Ensuring touch-points are set up across the project lifecycle to ensure consistency of vision across the lifecycle;
- Monitoring internal processes for efficiency and validity.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes (Must to Have):
- More than 2 years working as the main Product Manager of a Digital Product;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (C1);
- Availability to travel (inside or outside Brazil) to visit our customers' client, gathering valuable insights in the field;
- Good self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
- Identify business opportunities and hypotheses, developing a deep understanding of users and stakeholders and the problems to be solved.
- Proven experience in developing the Go To Market product strategy;
- Translate the customer challenge into business impact, managing to sit down with the customer's executive table to champion the proposed product strategy, with great resilience and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable managing client relationships across all layers and levels of an organization;
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate the meaning to non-technical stakeholders;
- Accountability, proactivity and ownership;
- The energy, enthusiasm, and focus to execute reliably and on time;
- Experience in providing clear, detailed, and accurate specifications;
- Knowledge of the Scrum / Kanban frameworks;
- Proven experience with following tools in the Atlassian environment: JIRA, Confluence, Trello;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to motivate others and provide a positive and inclusive environment for the team;
- Comfortable working with both co-located and remote teams;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers;
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with data projects / data teams;
- Strong knowledge across a range of new and existing technologies and trends;
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches (i.e. SAFe).
