Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community. Mantle Network’s modular rollup architecture separates transaction execution, data availability, and transaction finality. As the first L2 network partner for restaking protocol EigenLayer, Mantle Network directly inherits security from Ethereum while offering high performance at low fees.

We’re looking for a full-time Product Designer that excels in system thinking, experience, and can translate multi-variate customer needs into a magical, simple experience across products and assets. • Lead and participate in all aspects of the design process, starting from research through to launch

• Build and improve complex web3 flows such as wallet signing, on-chain transactions, token approvals, nfts, etc

• Help grow the Mantle websites into a dynamic portal that serves as the central hub of the entire ecosystem

• Maintain and evolve creative processes, asset management systems, toolkits, and design systems

• Present work to internal and external stakeholders

• Actively contribute to the overall growth, productivity, and culture of the design team

• Collaborate with engineers to create fresh interactive experiences

• Advocate and push for design excellence across the community

• Deep first-hand experience with web3 products

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (native apps, platforms, web-based tools, landing pages, etc)

• Deep understanding of the product design process, product lifecycle, and methodologies

• Experience in driving design projects in fast-paced, complex environments where the expectations are not always clear

• Strong visual and conceptual design skills

• A passion for exploring new design methods, processes, tools, and emerging technologies

• Portfolio showcasing case studies and process behind your visual and interaction design

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Proven experience working in global remote teams

• Background in branding and graphic design is a plus

• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc

• Experience with 3D modeling software

• Bilingual: English and Mandarin
