Senior Partner Account Manager

About Murmuration

Murmuration is a nonprofit organization focused on leveraging civic engagement to drive greater equity. We are committed to transforming public education so that every child – regardless of who they are or where they live – can benefit from the same opportunities afforded by a quality education.

We provide sophisticated tools, data, strategic guidance, and programmatic support to help our partner organizations increase civic engagement and marshal support to drive change at the community level. Our best-in-class data and easy-to-use tools have been used by hundreds of organizations to make informed decisions about who they need to reach and how to achieve and sustain impact – and to put those decisions into action.

Our team includes experts and innovators in data, analytics, and strategy. We are former teachers, organizers, data scientists, and campaign veterans, and we are looking for people whose passion and expertise can help realize our vision.

About the Role

Murmuration is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager to support our fast-growing Partnerships Team and partner portfolio. This role would be responsible for ensuring the development and support of the Organizer-only partnership offering. Organizer helps equip organizations working to ensure equal access to high-quality public education across the United States with an outreach platform, account support, and access to data-driven research. Together, these are designed to enhance the efficacy of their electoral, organizing, and advocacy campaigns at an affordable price point. The Senior Partner Account Manager will report to the Director of Electoral Partnerships.

In 2023, alongside our platform relaunch, Murmuration will roll out a tailored partner support offering to better and more efficiently service the sector.

About Tailored Partner Support

One of the core visionary goals of Murmuration is to serve the education sector by providing high-quality data, technology, and programmatic support to partner organizations who are running political and advocacy campaigns in support of ensuring equitable access to high-quality public education for every child. While not every prospective partner needs access to our organizing platform or full pod support, we want them to be part of the m{community.

About the Organizer Partner Offering

Organizer partners utilize Organizer to run electoral, advocacy, and organizing campaigns. Organizer partners have access to a limited suite of products and services and are supported by an account manager who is able to support with partner onboarding, data imports, and exports, as well as troubleshooting data and programmatic inquiries. Organizer partners pay a subscription fee primarily based on the number of voter file records they need access to and, secondarily, native tool usage.

Organizer partners may encounter additional costs related to third party tools and Murmuration products and services not included in the Organizer partner type, such as reporting, custom model recommendations, and coalition support. Experimentation such as polling and Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
