We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about building high performance Digital Strategies. We are looking for experience in running Paid Media campaigns specialising in Search campaigns and then Paid Social campaigns as secondary skillset.

Requirements

The role requires the Paid Search Specialist to:

• Develop Paid Search strategies that are profitable and scalable across various industries.
• Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, META, Instagram and YouTube campaigns.
• Collaborate with a cross-channel digital growth team to drive performance as part of a larger strategy.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients in a highly social and collaborative, remote-first atmosphere using tools like Slack, Zoom, Asana, Email, and other communication tools.
• Continuously innovate and look for smarter and more effective ways to drive performance.
• Prepare performance analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve strategy performance.
• Manage a significant portfolio of clients and competing priorities across various industries in a remote-first environment.

In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of DTC clients across Australia. At Webprofits we rely on skilled Consultants to set and define the best paid digital strategy and to work with our clients to unlock their growth and digital marketing strategies.

We have progression and growth opportunities available for those who are looking for a Senior Specialist role. Experience in SEO, Email Marketing, CRO and Customer Retention is a bonus!
