About the Role:

The Senior Manager, HRIS oversees and manages Cityblock’s HRIS Analyst and core HR systems by developing strategy, initiating, and leading the development, implementation, maintenance, process improvement, and administration associated with HR technology. 

  • Subject Matter Expert on Workday Core HCM, security administration, business process design, experience, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent change management skills to implement business processes, systems and technology to improve service delivery and streamline processes
  • Track implementation progress and reporting back to management
  • Lead change management work streams related to HRIS initiatives with a structured methodology and process
  • Consult with members of the People Team and the business in identifying and managing potential risks for new initiatives
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and proper use of information in the system
  • Responsible for system integration, security administration, and business process design
  • Liaison with the HR, Payroll, and IT teams to provide support for technology and reporting

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ year of HR/HR tech, 3+ years of people leadership
  • Experience owning the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise cloud based HR systems (Workday Experience preferred)
  • Experience in a regulated HR area
  • Experience implementing new technology from RFP to post go-live support

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave, and any other tax-reportable benefits.The expected salary range for this position is $83,600 to $117,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
