About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Sr. Manager of Analytics, who will focus on scalable reporting and insights for our provider operations teams, including Care Navigation, Therapy, Coaching and Medication Management. This role will report to the VP of Analytics and will lead a team of individual contributors and team leads. Responsibilities
Lead the centralized analytics team that partners with provider operations teamsAct as a “player - coach” to increase the impact of our Analytics team; ensure accurate, actionable and well communicated analyses and reportingEnsure the right work is done at the right level of depth at the right deadline by partnering with internal stakeholders, distributed analytics teams and implementing light processCollaborate with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Provider Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science to define internal data projects (ie pipelines, domains, reporting layers, infrastructure) to improve self service and increase Analyst efficiencyReinforce a strong team culture in a remote first work environmentSupport the career development of individual contributors and team leadsQualifications
10+ years of experience in analytics or related quantitative field2+ years of experience successfully managing and growing small to medium sized teams (>4), with a specific and proven impact on individual developmentStrong blend of business understanding and quantitative skillsAdvanced proficiency with SQL and TableauComfortable working with large data sets, statistics and drawing meaningful insightsProven ability setting up teams up for success and directing their efforts to achieve ambitious deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, balancing the need to deliver upon both short- and long-term outcomesAbility to think strategically and analytically with a focus on scalable solutionsExperience with DBT or provider operations teams is a plusWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
