Senior Global Commercial Manager

Team17 is looking to hire a Senior Global Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team and work with our 1st Party Platform partners to continue to drive Team 17’s success across our portfolio of products.
Team 17 is an award-winning Indie publisher with a diverse portfolio of games, and this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially orientated, proactive and organised individual with a passion for video games and driving revenue. The role will work cross-functionally across the business to drive sales strategies and revenue for new releases and existing catalogue titles.
The things you will do…
Account Management of 1st Party Platform Partners – with a key focus on relationship management and becoming a Platform expert within Team 17
Strategic planning for new releases across owned Accounts – working closely with internal teams to facilitate successful product launch campaigns
Product lifecycle management through promotional activity, subscription deals and other revenue driving strategic deal opportunities
Supporting the sales forecasting process for the business for new releases and back catalogue titles – providing commercial insights and direction with a data driven approach
Conduct regular business reviews both internally and externally
Travel to meet potential partners, attend trade shows, events, and participate in speaking opportunities as required.
How you will do it…
Experience of working in a high performing commercial team with a focus on strong relationship management
A passion for video games and their developers – with a strong knowledge of the video games industry from a business and consumer perspective
Strong organisation and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence, diplomacy and relationship skills to impact and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Prior experience of successfully hitting revenue targets
A wider understanding of the video games industry commercial landscape and emerging trends

Stage two: up to 45 minutes Teams call interview with Global Commercial Director
Stage three: 45 minute Teams call with the Commercial team
