About the role
HOW YOU WILL HAVE IMPACT
We’re looking for a self-driven, mission-oriented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join us in building a powerful data search and analytics platform that transforms how public safety agencies and community organizations work together. Our platform enriches and synthesizes law enforcement datasets, helping to identify impactful engagement patterns, improve officer effectiveness, and optimize resource planning.
As a key member of the ForceMetrics team, you’ll have hands-on involvement in designing and building our current and next-generation software products. Joining us at this early stage, you’ll have unique opportunities to shape our engineering practices, influence core technology decisions, and establish your own areas of expertise and ownership.
