Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications based on JavaScript, React and built on the Optimizely platform.

You will:

• Take part in the development of e-commerce and web projects that involve working with colleagues in Norway and Poland​
• Work closely with other members of the development team, architects, project managers and clients, primarily based in Norway

• At least 5 years of experience in developing websites using frontend technologies​
• Experience in developing frontend code for Optimizely solutions​
• Strong HTML/CSS programming skills for building the structure and style​
• Advanced/strong skills in JavaScript and experience using frontend frameworks like React
• Understands the guidelines of web accessibility and best practices for creating web pages accessible to individuals with disabilities. Including the use of WCAG/ARIA attributes and semantic HTML​
• Experience with Git and version control, and other development best practices (eg. unit testing, continuous integration, code review)
• Experience with API integrations for connecting frontend to backend (REST or GraphQL) and optimization 
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum)​
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, Microsoft Azure (eg. DevOps, pipelines.)
• Fluent/good oral and written English​

Experience working with Scandinavian clients, or Norwegian companies is a plus!
