Role Insight:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters, especially litigation.

- Represent clients in tribunals and courts with confidence and skill

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements

- Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth

- Develop and implement strategies for litigation and dispute resolution

- Engage in business development activities to cultivate client relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in employment law

- Robust litigation experience with a proven track record in employment tribunals

- Demonstrated advocacy experience, with the ability to represent clients effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Adept at managing multiple cases with a keen eye for detail
