Senior Director, HR Business Partner

As Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you'll partner with 3Cloud’s senior leaders to influence culture, organizational health, performance management and people programs. 3Cloud is a rapidly growing professional services organization and a nationally recognized top workplace. The Senior Director, HR Business Partner advises leaders on creating an environment that is a destination for exceptional talent, creates meaningful connections, and scales with growth. You’ll put your fingerprints on 3Cloud’s people strategy and enhance our remote-first policies and practices. While this is a remote first role, preferred candidates will reside in Chicago or neighboring communities to periodically lead and participate in events at 3Cloud’s Downers Grove headquarters.  

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a hands-on business partner to one or more of 3Cloud’s delivery practices or business functions.
  • Lead a team of business partners in working with senior leaders to improve organizational health and performance.
  • Manage 3Cloud’s performance management and feedback processes and their continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the HR Leadership team to develop people strategies that attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.
  • Derive insights on organizational health from people and engagement data.
  • Deliver impact through practical problem solving, engagement with stakeholders, and action-oriented execution.
  • Advocate for team members in creating a positive, collaborative, inclusive work environment.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated results as a senior HR business partner with 7+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Has strong executive presence and deep coaching and communication skills – easily interacts with all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects to successful outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive HR strategy and organizational change initiatives
  • Has a point of view on engaging team members and shaping employee experience in a remote first environment
  • Recognized as a trusted, collaborative, and caring peer
  • Prior experience in professional services and/or with multi-national businesses is a plus
