The Opportunity

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the owner of our digital advertising strategy, primarily focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Search, Google Display and YouTube. You will take ownership of our digital advertising, utilizing Metadata.io to evaluate and grow our current campaigns, crafting a holistic strategy to achieve pipeline objectives.

This pivotal role requires a collaborative spirit and a proven ability to work seamlessly with teams across enterprise marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations, brand strategy, and web development. The ideal candidate will bring a deep-seated expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution, underscored by a successful track record in leveraging cutting-edge technology and analytics to drive growth across a comprehensive digital advertising program, astute budget management, and rigorous performance analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of digital advertising across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and additional pertinent channels, targeting our enterprise demographic.
  • Perform comprehensive audits of existing campaigns and leverage Metadata.io to augment our digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a strategic digital program strategy and plan.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to bring marketing campaigns to life in a cohesive and effective manner.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI across all campaigns.
  • Initiate and monitor experiments to refine and bolster the digital marketing strategy.
  • Produce and analyze marketing reports on channel efficacy, detailing conversion volumes and repercussions on MQLs and pipeline, using marketing attribution platforms like Rampmetrics.
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders and colleagues.

About You

  • 10+ years experience in digital advertising and performance analytics, as demonstrated by a track record of significant growth metrics in roles at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms, leading to measurable improvements in ARR, conversion rates, and CPA.
  • Expertise in utilizing and maximizing marketing platforms and tools, with proven ability in leveraging platforms similar to Metadata.io for campaign optimization and strategy development.
  • Advanced analytical skills, evidenced by the ability to craft and oversee data-driven strategies that substantially increase MQLs, pipeline growth, and overall market presence.
  • Strong communication skills, with a history of articulating complex strategies and data insights into clear, actionable information for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in budget management, with a strategic approach to allocating resources across multiple campaigns to achieve optimal ROI.
  • A track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, contributing to integrated marketing efforts that enhance brand voice and market position.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a solid background in setting up, running, and analyzing experiments to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.

What Else?

This is a remote role and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
