While customers love the freedom a cuffless blood pressure monitor and app brings them, we expand past a wearable that only gives you a blood pressure reading. We are building the largest database in the world which will allow physicians to uncover new ways to diagnose and treat patients struggling with heart health.
Requirements
- At Aktiia, we are on a mission to help 100 million people control their blood pressure by 2032. We have developed and brought to market the world’s first precision continual blood pressure monitor. We believe the key to improving cardiovascular health is to provide patients and physicians with a deeper understanding of their blood pressure and how to take action.In this Senior Digital Marketing Manager role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and own all digital marketing channels. You'll accelerate customer growth through optimizations, new channels, A/B testing, and creative strategy. This is a foundational position and early hire - it’s an incredible opportunity to learn and grow exponentially as we grow the company.A successful candidate will have extensive experience in growth and performance marketing, preferably at a health tech or e-commerce company. Previously, you'll have led multi-million dollar advertising budgets and proven you can scale both fast and efficiently.You are an individual contributor on major performance marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc, and are comfortable using analytics tools.What we are looking for:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in setting and owning digital marketing goals and metrics
- Deep expertise in driving multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Leadership ability to collaborate across functions and deliver outcomes
- Provide insights and contribute to the ideation of concepts to be run on digital ads
- Manage influencer partnerships, including identifying, vetting, and negotiating contracts with influencers
- European market experience is a must Germany/ France/ Italy
- Experimentation experience and attitude with a track record of implementing A/B tests and translating data and qualitative understandings into actionable insights
- Fluent in other languages (German, French, Italian)
- Bonus: e-commerce experience fluent in other languages (German, French, Italian)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on advertising and insights.
