Senior Data Analyst

The role: We are looking for a full-time Senior Data Analyst with excellent PowerBI skills to join our team. We need someone on EEST time zone. This is a freelance contract.

The recruitment process has 3 steps, Focus interview, Data skills Assignment and Final interview.

• Management and Strategy:
  • Work closely with LM to develop clear and well-structured and analytical plans
  • Identify and communicate to resolve the data gap that impact the business
  • Maintain the process that ensure timely data-delivering and the accuracy
• Supporting:
  • Develop logical and conceptual data flows (ETL process in different databases) that are in support of internal and external project requirements
  • Work closely with LM to design and build the dashboards and maintain in daily basis
  • Guide the clients in appropriate and effective use of data and dashboard
• Analytics:
  • Develop KPIs (CLTV, Retention, etc.) within the business for the purpose of identifying the trends, risk and issues and evaluating the success of the business initiatives.
  • Develop ad-hoc report, forecast, sharing observation and recommendations with LM and other internal stakeholders for further discussion.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting
  • Solid knowledge on Data Warehousing, such as Redshift, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and any similar tools
  • Clear understanding of IoT, FMCG industry, reporting and analytics
  • Client facing preferred
• Communication and interpersonal skills:
  • Proficient and professional English both in written and verbal form
  • Excellent in demonstrating the risk, issues and instructions
  • Efficient and effective in drawing clear and sharp and informative reports for internal managements and external clients
• Analytics:
  • ETL processing in data warehouse
  • Skilled in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis, and technological data mining and analysis techniques.
