Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at Envisionit, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies forward within fintech, consumer, and travel sectors. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing comprehensive measurement frameworks, setting clear key performance indicators, and utilizing sophisticated media measurement tactics to ensure success.

In this role, uncovering insights from complex datasets will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with strategy and channel leads to identify and implement data-driven strategies, enhancing media efficiency and achieving measurable results. Your ability to conduct in-depth analyses, adopt innovative methodologies, and translate intricate data into strategic recommendations will be crucial in elevating our marketing initiatives.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven campaigns, establish KPIs, and define robust measurement frameworks

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for improved media performance through rigorous testing, analysis, and insightful recommendations

  • Leading campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, ensuring clients receive clear and concise deliverables

  • Driving forward test-and-learn strategies through well-defined hypotheses and the adoption of effective tools

  • Taking ownership of data deliverables and client communication, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with composure

  • Coordinating data integration projects to seamlessly merge diverse data sources for comprehensive reporting

  • Developing and implementing conceptual data frameworks, establishing data-driven marketing and measurement strategies across project lifecycles

  • Evaluating new online and offline data opportunities, constantly seeking innovative solutions to complex challenges

  • Building a collaborative and supportive team environment, fostering knowledge sharing and individual growth

 

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics or marketing strategy within an advertising agency, management consulting firm, or ad tech company

  • Experience working with digital data technologies, including DMPs, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking solutions

  • Proven proficiency in data visualization platforms like Domo or Tableau

  • Experience with call tracking systems (e.g., CallRail) is a plus

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with modern statistical learning methods, including regression techniques, and classification models
