Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Our organization is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a (1-3) years contract position in Remote.

*Candidates must be US Citizens.*

*Candidates must have lived in the US for at least (5) years and can't have been outside the US in the last (5) years more than (6) months cumulative. This requirement is for the security clearance.*

6. Special Skills: 10+ years exp., bs/ba, scrum, ceremonies, artifacts, PMBOK,
* Responsible for managing the entire Scrum process.
* Responsible for conducting all Scrum Ceremonies.
* Responsible for managing Scrum artifacts and Scrum Tool.
* Takes projects from assignment to implementation.
* Supports management team’s efforts in change management.
* Recommends and takes action to improve processes.
* Scrum Certification (CSM) required.
* The Scrum Master will heavily be using these skills: communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk
* management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
* Report high level status of your most important projects on the weekly PCES huddle.

* Proactively escalate foreseeable problems and resolve and/or escalate impediments/roadblocks immediately.

* A minimum of ten (10) years experience in project management or related field, preferably in the area of software application development and/or related field ;
* Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience, in technology or software development preferred,
* A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred;
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
* Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program;
* Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job;;
* Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel;
* Broad knowledge of project management disciplines as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge;
* Extensive experience with managing software application development projects of various sizes, including client interaction and meeting facilitation;
* Extensive experience defining project scope, developing work plans and project schedules, preparing project estimates, developing resource plans, and compiling project status reports;
* Extensive experience managing hetergeneous project teams composed of resources from multiple vendors/organizations;
* Extensive experience reviewing software documentation such as requirements specifications,design documents, manuals, test plans/cases, test scripts and test reports;
