POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager. Reporting into the Director, Product Marketing you will work closely with the broader marketing team, and partner with sales, customer success (CS) and customer education (CEd) stakeholders to plan and execute customer advocacy programs that showcase our customers’ success. You will also lead planning and executing integrated lifecycle and marketing campaigns to drive customer growth and expansion, focusing on leveraging our category leadership in the global workforce transformation space.
