  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, driving projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and advocate for a cohesive content philosophy, ensuring alignment and securing stakeholder support before executing.
  • Analyze and leverage software development lifecycle insights, from interpreting product requirements and wireframes to understanding iterative go-to-market strategies.
  • Uphold and integrate industry-leading standards and processes to guarantee top-tier user content and translation.
  • Engage in user research sessions and workshops, harnessing diverse resources to inform and refine content strategy.

You should have
  • Knowledge of UX principles and proven experience in crafting user-focused content, especially in SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working alongside cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, researchers, and developers.
  • Experience with localization tools to ensure copy is easily translatable and suitable for global audiences.
  • Ability to quickly simplify complex information for non-technical audiences, including taking in information from multiple sources and making well-reasoned decisions.
  • A proactive attitude towards feedback, including seeking, receiving and incorporating stakeholder feedback, research, and user analytics without ego.
  • Optimism and resilience during the ever-changing product development lifecycle.
  • Inquisitiveness; the ability to ask specific questions to learn more information to more deeply understand user pain points, needs, and their impact on your content.
  • Realistic about technical contraints and considerations with an engineering team in a software development lifecycle, and comfortability navigating the nuances of an going release.
  • Tools:
    • Proficiency with Figma
    • Proficiency with task management tools, like Asana or Jira
    • Experience using Generative AI to help craft and refine content
    • Experience with an in-app communication tool (Pendo)
