Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Engage with business teams to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements related to field services processes
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
Translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications
Solution Design and Documentation:
Collaborate with technical teams to map business requirements to Dynamics 365 Field Services functionality
Document process flows, use cases, and system requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Configuration and Customization:
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Services modules to align with business processes
Customize forms, workflows, and reports as needed
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing
Validate that system changes meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases
Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on Dynamics 365 Field Services features
Senior Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Field Services - Mandatory Skills
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Field Services
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
Senior Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Field Services – Preferred Skills
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service or Customer Service) is preferred
Senior Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Field Services - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 6 months to start Senior Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Field Services - Assignment Location Toronto, ON – Work Remotely
