Job Summary:
The Senior Benefit Ops Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of benefit operations. This role involves conducting detailed audits, analyzing data, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Quality Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of benefit operations processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze audit results and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with benefit operations teams to resolve issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and support to benefit operations staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Lead and participate in quality assurance projects and initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior quality assurance analysts.
- Provide support to team members for escalations and complex configuration QA requests.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within benefit operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
