Responsibilities

• System Development & Design: Build and enhance robust backend systems and components in Python, contributing to the existing architectural direction.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Contribute to feature development, troubleshooting, and identifying proactive solutions to improve system efficiency and robustness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with operations teams, effectively grasp their requirements, and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Operational Impact: Analyze the impact of backend choices on business operations, proposing optimizations and advocating for changes for increased efficiency.
• React Frontend Support: Help to make frontend changes and offer insight into user-facing architectural decisions.
