We are looking for you as a Senior Art Director to join our Creative Division Team in our office in Frankfurt (Germany) or remotely.

Your tasks:

• Lead and oversee the design process from the concept phase through to final execution in close collaboration with the creative director, ensuring high-quality digital design deliverables.
• Develop visually stunning designs for social media, digital platforms, websites, and mobile applications that captivate audiences and align with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into visually compelling and interactive digital experiences, while maintaining consistency in visual branding across all digital touchpoints.
• Cultivate a collaborative and creative work environment, pushing the boundaries of digital design and inspiring the team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Present and pitch your creative concepts and designs internally and to clients, effectively communicating the strategic vision behind each project.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a (Senior) Art Director or a similar role in an advertising agency or digital agency for 6+ years.
• You know how to create thumb-stopping assets for social media of all kinds (Meta, Pinterest, or TikTok) and diverse digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across various platforms and formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Creative Suite + Figma).
• Profound understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying design concepts to team members and clients.
• Keen attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics, maintaining high standards of visual excellence in all deliverables.
• Fluent in both English and German, facilitating effective communication within a multilingual team and with our clients.
• A continuous learner, open to gaining insights from various sources and staying updated with industry trends.
• First leadership experience is a plus.
• As a Senior Art Director in our advertising agency, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' digital campaigns and projects.
