*About the job:*

We’re seeking a highly experienced and accomplished *remote* *Senior Business Analyst* to join our growing team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead software development projects from ideation to launch for our customers and help guide less experienced business analysts. This includes guiding our customers to transform their ERP (enterprise resource planning) system or build a new software from scratch, identifying digital transformation opportunities, optimizing processes, and transforming business ideas into technology solutions. You will have experience in managing a portfolio of projects from conception to implementation. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will contribute to our continued growth and success. You will be the primary interface between our customer and the software development team in Vietnam.

*What a typical day would look like:*

* Establish a compelling vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap in partnership with your core working team and cross-functional partners
* Lead a product development team to deliver user/business outcomes
* Build relationships and collaborate closely with customer stakeholders including executive leadership, and business users.
* Software development project experience in building new software from scratch or ERP systems across multiple departments
* Develop a deep understanding of the business model, strategy, and operations in order to help our customers to be a leader in their industry.
* Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, acceptance criteria, solution designs, and test cases in Azure DevOps.
* Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems, and flows of data to drive efficiency.
* Create and prioritize product roadmap with a focus on Minimum Viable Products to prove our ideas.
* Establish milestones and deadlines, meetings, and information to achieve fast-paced throughput.
* Lead concept and design meetings, providing recommendations on UX/UI design.
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

*What you will bring to the team:*

* Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
* 8+ years of business analysis _AND_ project management experience.
* Proven track record as a senior-level Business Analyst, preferably with external stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to lead impactful, cross-functional, complex initiatives.
* Experience in business process optimization.
* Creating project timelines, roadmaps and scope document
* Experience building new software or EP systems across departments
* Experience collaborating with diverse teams including external customers and offshore developers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including building trust with external customers.
* Experience creating software applications designed for the cloud is a plus.
* Understands Agile Development Methodology and is open to flexible frameworks.
