Senior Security Specialist, Remote work
On behalf of our large public sector client we are seeking a Senior Security Specialist. Currently, Privileged Roles and Identity Management (PRISM ) is replacing the existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions by implementing two projects to enhance the security posture in the space of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA. To fulfill the mandate, PRISM is in need of a Security Specialist who has experience in managing multiple Identity and Access Management projects with various stakeholders, from options analysis to full deployment of Identity and Access Management Solutions for clients with more than 40,000 users.
Tasks
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and requirements are met;
• Analyze and assess the existing IAM functionalities and solutions;
• Analyze and assess the needs of Privileges Access Management (PAM) and Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) ;
• Review the functionalities and features of the tools selected for the PAM and IGA solutions, and their suitability;
• Lead the design discussions to map the current processes to the end-state architecture;
• Provide subject matter expertise pertaining to Identity and Access Management, including
o privileged access management and role based access control;
o identity, governance and administration;
• Guide the development and testing teams with the implementer in meeting milestones, resolving issues, clearing roadblocks;
• Ensure Security Assessment and Authorization is complete for all tools selected and Authority to Operate are received;
• Ensure IT support is ready to operationalize the solutions;
• Identify, assess and continually manage project-related scope, risks, actions, issues, and decisions;
• Review and track change requests, briefing notes and records of decisions;
Must have requirements
-10 years of experience in: Integrating IT systems development with security policies and information protection strategies; Developing, maintaining, and publishing corporate policy instruments related to IT Security; Designing and implementing the security solutions required to protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the information on an end-to-end basis
-Experience as a Security Specialist or Project Manager in security risk and compliance, analysis of IT Security technologies, application of GoC IT Security policies and standards, review and preparation of technical artifacts such as security requirement traceability matrix, security architecture and detailed design documents, Security Assessment and Authorization process
-An active IT Security certification such as CISM, CISA, etc. from a recognized organization (such as ISACA, Axelos, ISC2). Must provide copy of certificate
-A valid Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute. Must provide copy of certificate
-A valid ITIL Foundation Certificate. Must provide copy of certificate
-Experience with cloud-based security strategies
